Mixer

Mixers are tanks that are made of one, two or three walls, usually the first and inner wall material in contact with materials is made of 316L steel and the second wall material is made of steel or iron depending on the customer's request. And if they want to use the mixer in a clean room and GMP requirements, they choose the material of the top wall from double-walled steel. It is located in the first wall of the product, which is stirred by a impeller connected to an electric motor. The type of impeller is determined according to the type of product and design requirements.

In the second wall, for heating the heating coils, which is used as a half pipe or as a semi-complete wall. Fiberglass is used as insulation between the top and middle walls. Mixers can be vacuum or pressurized as needed.
